Training seminar for the Republic of Kazakhstan (RK) on development of the new Budget Code for RK

Beginning from 2009 Kazakhstan is introducing the new system of budgetary planning, specifically 3-year budget. Thefore, the Government of RK shall develop a new Budget Code that would be based on the principles of performance-based budgeting. The Government of RK assigned the CFP to conduct a seminar for the legislative, executive and judicial bodies of government to ensure complex and systematic management of the work on the draft new BC. The seminar was attended by top officials from 18 government bodies.
