The CFP will analyze the Reports on Results and Main Directions of Activities (RRMDA) for the 2006 – 2008 time period of the principal subjects of federal budget planning (PSFBP). Using this analysis, the CFP will develop a mechanism of monitoring, analysis, and audit of PSFBPs’ activities, which will help to increase responsibility of the PSFBPs for the federal budget spending. Besides this, the report intends to provide the Accounting Chamber with analytical information on quality of RRMDA, validity of objections and reasonability of indicators. The report will also help to monitor dynamics of correlation between federal budget spending and results bought on these spending.
