The purpose of the project is to analyze the situation in the budgetary system of Saratov Oblast, assess the effectiveness of the activities carried out under the Program and make recommendations on the following:

• provision of public services to legal entities and persons;


• introduction of medium-term performance budgeting;


• intergovernmental fiscal relations and quality of municipal finance management;


• further improvement of financial management.
