Preparation of Public Assignment in the Social Services Sector in Astrakhan Oblast

The purpose of the project is to improve the current and develop a new regulatory and methodological framework for Astrakhan Oblast pertaining to the preparation of public assignment to institutions in the social services sector as well as the implementation of the developed methodology in the course of formulation of model public assignments for individual institutions providing social services.

The assignments under the project include the following:

• prepare a list of public services rendered by state institutions of the social services sector of Astrakhan Oblast,


• develop a list of quality standards for public services rendered by institutions of the social services sector contained in federal and Oblast regulatory legal acts;


• provide methodological assistance to the Astrakhan Oblast Ministry of Social Development and Labor regarding the development of a public assignment for rendering public services by pilot institutions of the social services sector of Astrakhan Oblast.
