Development of normatives for financing Education in Lipetsk oblast

This project will assist Department of Finance and Department of Education of Lipetsk Oblast in transition to the financing of Education on the basis of per-capita normatives. This includes drafting regional regulations on calculation of public services in education for all types of educational institutions and assistance to Lipetsk oblast in calculation current and 2009 public services in education.
