Delivering training in the urgent issues of fiscal policy and intergovernmental fiscal relations in the Russian Federation

Within this project framework the Department’s specialists participated in the 8th annual April Seminar of the CFP. Besides this, the CFP conducted special workshops in Krasnoyarsk. The themes included:

1. Mid-term financial planning on local level. Prognosis of revenue and expenditures for mid-term outlook.


2. Performance-based budgeting: preliminary results and potential.


3. Quality standards and estimation of public services costs.
